PineZero.net maintains no ownership interest in, operational control over, or formal affiliation with TradingView, Inc. The performance and continued operation of all PineZero.net tools are entirely dependent upon the TradingView platform, which remains wholly owned, operated, and governed by TradingView, Inc. Accordingly, your access to and use of TradingView are subject exclusively to TradingView’s terms of service, privacy policy, and any additional rules or technical requirements imposed by TradingView.
The PineZero.net website and its related services (collectively, the “Platform”) serve as a secure, professional portal enabling users to explore, acquire, and administer licenses or subscriptions for PineZero.net’s TradingView-compatible software products. Every tool available on the Platform is independently developed, owned, and supported by PineZero.net. We are dedicated to delivering transparent and accurate product descriptions, robust payment security, and an intuitive centralized interface for the ongoing management of your licenses and subscriptions.
By accessing or using the PineZero.net website, tools, applications, or any associated services (collectively, the “Services”), you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between you and PineZero.net with respect to your use of the Services.
Users should note that, although PineZero.net is solely responsible for the design, development, and support of its proprietary software, the tools are designed to operate solely within the TradingView environment. PineZero.net bears no responsibility for the availability, stability, performance, or functionality of the TradingView platform itself.
By continuing to use the Services, you agree to abide by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and the current TradingView terms of service. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you are required to immediately discontinue all use of the PineZero.net website and Services.
1. Disclaimers and Disclosures
The services, software, tools, content, and materials provided through PineZero.net (collectively, the “Services”) are delivered strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PineZero.net expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
All indicators, charts, analyses, strategies, educational content, and any other materials available on or through PineZero.net are provided solely for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice of any kind. No content or tool offered by PineZero.net should be construed as a recommendation or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, derivative, or other financial instrument.
PineZero.net is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial consultant and does not provide personalized investment, trading, or financial recommendations. Users are solely responsible for their own research, analysis, and decision-making.

Under no circumstances shall PineZero.net, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses—arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge and agree that any trading or investment decisions you make are your sole responsibility. PineZero.net assumes no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of using the Services or relying on any information provided therein. It is your obligation to conduct independent due diligence and to consult with qualified financial, tax, and legal professionals before making any financial decisions.

TradingView, Inc. is not affiliated, associated, or connected in any way with PineZero.net or the tools and services offered herein. All PineZero.net indicators and tools are independently developed and are provided as third-party scripts that operate on the TradingView platform.
By accessing, browsing, or using PineZero.net or any of its Services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept the terms of this Disclaimer, Disclosure, and Risk Notice in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Services.
2. General Provisions
To access the Services offered by PineZero.net, users are required to create an account (“Account”). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. PineZero.net shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account.
PineZero.net provides subscription-based artificial intelligence services, including but not limited to AI-driven market analysis, predictive modeling, data processing, automated reporting, signal generation, strategy automation, and other AI-powered outputs (collectively, the “Services”). Access to and use of the Services are governed by these Terms, the selected subscription plan (“Subscription”), and any additional service-specific agreements.
By creating an Account and using the Services, you represent that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. All users, whether individuals or entities, agree to comply fully with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Any data, text, files, instructions, or other materials you upload, submit, or transmit through the Services (“User Content”) must be lawful, non-infringing, and compliant with these Terms. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant PineZero.net a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use it solely as necessary to provide the Services.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services—including AI models, algorithms, methodologies, source code, interfaces, documentation, and all AI-generated outputs (except where such outputs incorporate your User Content)—are and shall remain the exclusive property of PineZero.net or its licensors. No license or ownership rights are transferred to you except for the limited right to use the Services during the term of your active Subscription.
Access to the Services is granted exclusively through a paid Subscription plan. Each plan defines the scope of features, usage limits, and applicable fees (recurring or one-time). PineZero.net reserves the right to modify features, pricing, and plan structures at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers.
The Services may integrate or interact with external platforms, tools, or services (“Third-Party Services”), such as TradingView. PineZero.net does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of any Third-Party Services. Your use of such integrations is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third-party terms.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations, nor to infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property or other rights of PineZero.net or any third party. You further agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services; interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the Services; engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on PineZero.net’s infrastructure; or facilitate or encourage any of the foregoing prohibited activities.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PineZero.net platform (the “Service”), you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, together with any policies, guidelines, or additional terms incorporated by reference. If you do not fully accept these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement between you and PineZero.net. You also consent to receive all notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications from PineZero.net in electronic form (including via email or postings within the Service).
PineZero.net reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms, and the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this document will be updated accordingly. Your continued access to or use of the Service following such posting constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the modified Terms.
Certain features, functionalities, or offerings within the Service may be governed by additional terms and conditions (including, without limitation, subscription agreements, beta testing terms, or third-party licenses). In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and such additional terms, the additional terms shall control with respect to your use of the applicable feature or feature.
If, at any time, you do not agree with these Terms (or any future amendments), you must immediately discontinue all use of the Service and, if applicable, terminate your account.
4. Account Registration & Responsibilities
To access certain features of the PineZero.net platform (the “Service”), you must connect or authenticate using a valid TradingView account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration or authentication process and to promptly update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By creating or linking an account, you confirm that you satisfy these eligibility requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your TradingView login details used to access PineZero.net. You agree to immediately notify PineZero.net of any unauthorized use, suspected breach, or other security incident, or compromise of your account. PineZero.net shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or comply with this section.
You bear full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, to refrain from sharing your account or granting unauthorized access to others, and to promptly report any suspected misuse.
PineZero.net reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, engagement in unlawful or fraudulent activity, or behavior that poses a security risk to the Service or its users. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and PineZero.net may delete or restrict access to any associated data without liability.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any rights thereto to any third party without the express prior written consent of PineZero.net.
5. Services and Subscriptions
PineZero.net operates a cloud-based artificial intelligence platform that delivers software tools, applications, APIs, AI-generated content, analytics, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”). Access to the Services is granted exclusively through an active paid subscription plan (a “Subscription”) in accordance with these Terms.
To initiate a Subscription, you must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete payment and contact information. You are solely responsible for keeping this information up to date and for protecting the security of your payment method and account credentials.
Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified at purchase) at the pricing displayed at the time of enrollment. By purchasing a Subscription, you expressly authorize PineZero.net to charge the applicable fees, together with any taxes or additional charges, to your designated payment method on a recurring basis.
Your Subscription will automatically renew for successive periods at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation instructions and effective dates are set forth in your account dashboard or the applicable subscription confirmation. Except where required by applicable law, PineZero.net does not issue refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, early cancellations, or unused time.
A Subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your own internal or personal purposes during the subscription term. Access may be suspended or terminated immediately if your account becomes delinquent, if you breach these Terms, or if PineZero.net reasonably determines that continued access poses a legal, security, or operational risk.
The Services are delivered electronically via the PineZero.net platform and compatible third-party environments (including TradingView). You are solely responsible for maintaining compatible hardware, software, browsers, and a reliable internet connection sufficient to use the Services.
PineZero.net may, at its sole discretion, modify, enhance, deprecate, or discontinue any feature, functionality, or subscription tier of the Services at any time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law will be notified in advance where practicable.
Certain components of the Services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms, data providers, or services (including TradingView). PineZero.net is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party offering and disclaims all warranties related thereto.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise commercialize the Services, nor use them for service-bureau, time-sharing, or any purpose not expressly permitted herein. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of your Subscription and license without refund.
6. Permitted Use of the Service
You are authorized to access and use the PineZero.net platform and its associated Services solely for your own lawful internal business or personal purposes, strictly in accordance with the scope of your active Subscription, these Terms of Use, and all applicable laws and regulations.
You expressly agree not to, and not to permit or assist any third party to: reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code, underlying algorithms, or structure of the Services; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Services; circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features, access controls, usage limits, or rate-limiting mechanisms; share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to the Services; or use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited purpose, including any activity that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of PineZero.net or any third party.
The Services may generate outputs through artificial intelligence processes. PineZero.net provides these outputs “as-is” and makes no warranties regarding their accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for any specific purpose. You bear sole responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated content prior to any use or reliance thereon, and for ensuring that your use of such content complies fully with applicable laws and respects all third-party rights.
PineZero.net reserves the right to monitor usage of the Services, through automated or manual means, to ensure compliance with these Terms, to maintain security and performance, and to meet legal obligations. Any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive or excessive usage, or conduct that risks harm to the platform or other users may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access, without prior notice and at PineZero.net’s sole discretion.
You remain fully responsible and liable for all activity conducted under your account, including any content you submit and any outputs you generate. You agree to safeguard your credentials and to notify PineZero.net immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use or security breach. Unless PineZero.net provides express prior written authorization, you may not sell, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services or any AI-generated outputs.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the PineZero.net platform and Services—including but not limited to the AI models, algorithms, software, source code, methodologies, data-processing techniques, user interfaces, documentation, templates, reports, graphics, and any other materials or content provided through the Services—are and shall remain the exclusive property of PineZero.net or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest, title, or right in or to any of the foregoing beyond the limited license expressly provided herein.
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms and maintenance of an active Subscription, PineZero.net grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services and any content made available through them solely for your permitted internal business or personal purposes. This license terminates automatically upon expiration, cancellation, or termination of your Subscription or upon any breach of these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, publicly display or perform, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services or associated content except as expressly authorized in writing by PineZero.net. All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and trade dress displayed on or through the Services are the sole property of PineZero.net or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
AI-generated outputs produced by the Services remain the intellectual property of PineZero.net. However, PineZero.net grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to use such outputs solely in accordance with your Subscription and these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use or distribution of any AI-generated outputs does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws or regulations, or breach any contractual obligations you may have to others. PineZero.net disclaims all liability arising from your use of such outputs.
8. Payments and Billing
All subscriptions and paid features on PineZero.net must be purchased using one of the payment methods made available on the platform. By initiating a subscription or purchasing any paid service, you expressly authorize PineZero.net and its designated third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, including any recurring subscription charges and applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified) at the then-current rate unless you cancel prior to the renewal date through your account settings. Continued use of the Service after renewal constitutes your agreement to the charges for the new billing period.
Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may be adjusted from time to time. PineZero.net will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes that affect your active subscription. You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date payment information. In the event of a failed payment, PineZero.net may attempt to reprocess the charge, suspend or restrict access to the Service, or terminate your subscription until payment is successfully received.
Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable. Any refunds or credits, when issued, are granted solely at PineZero.net’s discretion and may be subject to conditions. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing period; no prorated or partial-period refunds will be provided unless expressly stated or legally mandated.
Promotional offers, discounts, free trials, or introductory pricing may be made available periodically. Unless you cancel before the end of any promotional or trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a standard paid plan at the applicable rate.
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental assessments associated with your purchases (excluding taxes based on PineZero.net’s net income). PineZero.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate access and to pursue collection of any delinquent amounts through lawful means. Your continued use of any paid features confirms your acceptance of these payment and billing provisions.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The PineZero.net platform may offer or require integration with third-party services, applications, APIs, data providers, or platforms (including but not limited to TradingView) to deliver certain features or functionality (collectively, “Third-Party Services”). These Third-Party Services are owned and operated independently by entities unaffiliated with PineZero.net. Your access to and use of any Third-Party Service is governed exclusively by the terms, conditions, privacy policies, and practices of the respective third-party provider.
By enabling or using a Third-Party Service in connection with PineZero.net, you expressly authorize PineZero.net to exchange, transmit, or share the data (including account credentials, User Content, or trading data) strictly necessary for the integration to function. PineZero.net does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the availability, accuracy, security, legality, or performance of any Third-Party Service.
PineZero.net makes no warranties and disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or harm—direct or indirect—arising from or related to your use of Third-Party Services, including but not limited to changes in their functionality, pricing, availability, data-handling practices, or termination of service by the third-party provider.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before enabling any integration. Any disputes, claims, or issues between you and a third-party provider must be resolved directly with that provider, without involvement from PineZero.net.
PineZero.net reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or terminate any third-party integration for reasons including security, compliance, technical compatibility, or cessation of support by the third-party provider. Continued use of the PineZero.net platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the associated risks and limitations of Third-Party Services. If you do not accept the terms or risks of a particular Third-Party Service, you must immediately disable the integration and cease using the related functionality.
10. Privacy & Data Usage
PineZero.net collects, processes, and stores personal information, account data, payment details, device and browser information, usage patterns, and any content you submit or generate through the platform (collectively, “User Data”) strictly in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accessing or using the Service, you expressly consent to such collection, use, storage, transfer, and processing of your User Data as described in the Privacy Policy.
User Data is primarily used to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, including user authentication, subscription management, payment processing, customer support, security monitoring, performance optimization, product development, and the generation of AI outputs based on your inputs. PineZero.net does not sell your personal information to third parties and does not use User Content for marketing or advertising purposes unrelated to the Service.
Where technically feasible and consistent with service delivery, PineZero.net may anonymize or aggregate User Data for analytical purposes, system improvement, abuse detection, and research. Such anonymized or aggregated data does not identify individual users and is no longer considered personal information.
PineZero.net implements and maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect User Data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure; accordingly, while PineZero.net strives to protect your information, it cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. PineZero.net may share User Data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics partners, and security vendors) solely to the extent necessary to perform services on its behalf, and only under strict confidentiality obligations. PineZero.net may also disclose User Data when required by law, to enforce these Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PineZero.net, its users, or the public.
Your continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing acknowledgment and acceptance of the Privacy Policy and the data practices described therein. If you do not agree with these practices, you must immediately cease using the Service.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, your account, or your access to or use of the PineZero.net platform (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
You irrevocably agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. You hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of forum in such courts.
PineZero.net shall retain the right, at its sole discretion, to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction worldwide to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of these Terms or to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of this governing law and jurisdiction clause.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PineZero.net, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) any User Content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service; (c) your violation or breach of these Terms of Use; (d) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation; or (e) your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
This indemnification obligation extends to claims asserted directly or indirectly through your actions or omissions, as well as claims brought by third parties alleging harm caused by your use of the Service.
You agree to provide PineZero.net with prompt written notice of any claim subject to indemnification and to cooperate fully and in good faith with PineZero.net in the defense or settlement of such claim. PineZero.net reserves the right, at its sole expense, to assume exclusive control over the defense and settlement of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such event, you shall not settle or compromise any claim without PineZero.net’s prior written consent.
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of your account and your use of the Service.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PineZero.net, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings—arising out of or in connection with the Service, these Terms, or your use of (or inability to use) the Service, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or PineZero.net was advised of their possibility.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of PineZero.net and the foregoing parties, for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service—whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory—exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to PineZero.net for the subscription or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
PineZero.net shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, internet or telecommunications outages, or interruptions of third-party services.
These limitations form an essential basis of the agreement between you and PineZero.net and shall apply even if any remedy provided herein fails of its essential purpose. They shall survive any termination, suspension, or expiration of your account or use of the Service. Certain jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The PineZero.net platform and all associated Services, content, features, and materials are provided strictly provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
PineZero.net expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, compatibility, or non-infringement. No advice, results, or information—whether oral or written—obtained by you from PineZero.net or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
PineZero.net does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, secure, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that outputs generated by the Service, including AI-driven results, may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use, and that reliance on such outputs is entirely at your own risk.
